Orchards in the Carse of Gowrie

Remnants of the old orchards in Carse of Gowrie are still evident with a few examples that are relatively well preserved. A study instigated by the Tayside Biodiversity Action Group has documented the orchards and their condition with a view to preserving them as orchards and making good use of them both for the owners and the local community.
